① Meats: For example, chicken legs, chicken wings, pork belly, steak, ribs, and fish with skin, as mentioned earlier. These meats don't need oil; simply put them directly into the air fryer and set the temperature and time according to their size.
② Tofu: To air fry tofu, cut it into bite-sized pieces, brush with oil, and place in the air fryer. Bake at 200℃ for six to seven minutes (different air fryers may vary, so adjust accordingly). This method produces tofu that is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside-super delicious!
③ Root Vegetables: Roasted sweet potatoes, roasted potatoes, and French fries are all suitable.
④ Vegetables: Eggplant, green beans, zucchini, broccoli, pumpkin, okra, and mushrooms are all good options, but leafy greens are not recommended.
