1. Raw Material Preparation
The main materials for air fryers include stainless steel (approximately 40%), high-temperature resistant plastics (30%), electronic components (20%), and other auxiliary materials (10%). The inner pot is mostly made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, with a temperature resistance of over 250℃ (refer to GB 4806.9-2016 Food Safety Standard).
2. Core Component Manufacturing
- Heating System: Uses a ring-shaped heating element, typically with a power of 1200W-1800W, rapidly heating to 180℃ within 3 seconds (data source: Philips laboratory test report).
- Fan Design: The turbine fan speed needs to be stable at 2000-3000 rpm to ensure uniform hot air circulation. Some high-end models are equipped with dual fans, with temperature difference control within ±5℃.
3. Assembly and Testing
The assembly line needs to complete 50 processes, including circuit soldering and installation of safety protection devices. Each device must pass three mandatory tests:
- Leakage current detection (≤0.25mA)
- High-temperature continuous operation test (8 hours of operation at 200℃)
- Emergency stop function verification (response time <0.1 seconds)
