1. After use, pour out any residual oil from the bottom of the fryer.
2. Pour detergent and warm water (or enzyme cleaner) into the inner pot and the entire fryer and soak for a few minutes. Be careful not to use harsh or corrosive cleaners, as these can damage the fryer and harm your health.
3. Use a sponge, brush, or bristle brush to assist in cleaning the inner pot and frying rack.
4. After the air fryer has cooled down, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth, then wipe it several times with a clean cloth.
5. After cleaning, allow the frying rack and base to air dry in a cool, shaded place.
