Air fryers work on the principle of "high-speed air circulation technology." They generate hot air by heating a heating element inside the machine at high temperature. A fan then blows this hot air into the fryer to heat the food. The hot air circulates within the enclosed space, using the food's own oils to fry it, thus dehydrating the food and making it golden brown and crispy, achieving a frying effect. Therefore, an air fryer is essentially a simple oven with a fan.
